Join us for a training focused on the Regional Center (RC)  system and advocacy tips for working with youth with developmental disabilities/needs. We will discuss the purpose and role of RCs and how that connects to the youth we serve. Additionally, we will cover the intake and eligibility process of the Early Start and Lanterman programs at RCs. Finally, we will cover ways in which you can best support your youth with developmental needs. This will include a review of the services and resources that Regional Centers have available. There will also be space to ask specific questions that you may have about Regional Centers.

NOTE: This same training will be offered at two different times (4/30, 12-1:30pm AND 5/1, 5:30-7pm)
