Calling all CASAs working with expectant and parenting youth (EPYs)! We hope you’ll join the CASA/LA team for this interactive, virtual presentation. This training will provide an overview of all EPY services and resources. We will also introduce the concept of the EPY conference. These conferences are available to all EPYs (birthing or non-birthing). They are a supportive space to bring together the EPY and their support team to help the youth navigate any challenges they are facing and to encourage them to voice their priorities. Finally, we will dig into idea of protective factors, which are vital supports that can help make youth more resilient in the face of stress or trauma.
