Join us for this training with an expert from the LA County Office of the Public Defender. We will discuss a few of the laws associated with record clearing including expungements, sealings and vacatures for NMDs. You will be equipped with the basic knowledge needed to better aid youth in navigating the record clearing process. After reviewing what the practical components of this process, you will have the opportunity to ask questions specific to your current youth.
