Professional Organization Tips + Strategies for CASAs

There are a lot of skillsets that go into CASA advocacy, some of which don’t come naturally. With so many moving pieces it can be a challenge to stay organized and on top of it all. For this in-service training, we have invited two organizational experts at CASA/LA to share their organizational strategies and tips for CASAs.
We will review the basics of the CASA role, as well as, a deep dive into task prioritization, time management, technology hacks to assist with ETO, gathering information, tracking meetings, and action steps towards goals. We hope you can join us and share your own helpful strategies and tips with your CASA peers.
