Join us for part two of this hybrid youth justice training. We will cover engagement with justice involved youth and justice partners, the importance of language when speaking of and in support of youth in this system, how to separate the youth from their behaviors, and it will also cover the basic structure of multidisciplinary team (MDT), individualized education plan (IEP) and child and family team (CFT) meetings to encourage changing the narrative with other providers. This training will be helpful for those who support youth who may be labeled as “difficult to engage.”
