Join us for this presentation on housing resources (plus career development and more) from Hillsides Youth Moving On (YMO) program. YMO program management will provide an overview of Hillsides YMO programs that serve TAY, ages 16-25, within LA County. Presenters will also discuss the issues faced by TAY who have aged out of the foster care and/or youth probation system, and what services are needed to assist this population in becoming independent, healthy adults.
